Sunny Deol’s latest cinematic venture, “Gadar 2,” has hit theaters nationwide, carrying on the legacy of its 2001 blockbuster predecessor, “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.” Set against the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan war, this much-anticipated sequel was released on August 11 and has been met with a positive response. The star, along with the movie’s ensemble cast, has been actively participating in promotional events, engaging with fans and enthusiasts. Recently, Sunny Deol was captured arriving at an event in his Land Rover Defender SUV to interact with fans after the movie’s unveiling.

A video shared by “Cars For You” on their YouTube channel captures the scene. In the footage, Sunny Deol gracefully exits his Land Rover Defender and visits the Gaiety Galaxy multiplex to connect with fans who flocked to watch his latest cinematic creation. Accompanied by his brother, Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol not only obliges photographers and vloggers with photographs but also strikes his signature pose from the iconic film. Bobby Deol, too, is part of the photo session. After interacting with the audience and fans, Sunny Deol gets back into his SUV and departs. It’s worth noting that he wasn’t driving the Defender himself.

Speaking of the Land Rover Defender, it has swiftly garnered attention among politicians, celebrities, and businessmen since its market debut. As an actor and a politician, Sunny Deol added a Defender to his collection in 2022. He opted for the Defender 110 SUV, which offers an elongated wheelbase and five-door configuration. The market also offers a three-door version known as the Defender 90. While the Defender has always been cherished by enthusiasts, the current generation boasts a significantly enhanced appeal. This substantial SUV exudes a commanding presence and combines luxury with off-road capabilities.
Engine-wise, the Land Rover Defender presents options including 2.0-liter and 3.0-liter petrol engines, alongside a 3.0-liter diesel engine. Last year, the manufacturer introduced a 5.0-liter V8 petrol engine for both the Defender 110 and 90 models. All these engine choices are paired with an automatic transmission.
