Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift

2023 Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift With Bigger Touchscreen

The first public showings of the 2023 Tata Harrier and 2023 Tata Safari will occur during the 2023 Auto Expo in January.
It seems that the revamped Harrier and Safari models from Tata Motors are now being tested in India. Over the past few months, we have had numerous sightings of the test mules, and now we have a brand new spy photo of the SUVs’ tail ends in action. Photographs were taken in Bengaluru of the 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari while they were both camouflaged as the same beast.

It is expected that they will make their first public appearance during the January 2023 Auto Expo. The refreshed models will most likely sport a new exterior design, upgraded interior amenities, and potentially even driver-assistive and safety technologies based on state-of-the-art driver-assisted systems. Automatic Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Detection, Lane Departure Warning, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert are all optional safety systems that can be installed.

An upgraded infotainment system with a larger display, likely wirelessly compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, may also be included in the cabin. Options may include a more robust set of connectivity features, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, climate control, an improved instrument cluster, a steering wheel with mounted controls, a power tailgate, power front seats, a 360-degree camera, and so on.

New surface trims and materials are almost certainly in the works. Tata may refresh the Harrier and Safari for the 2023 model year with a new grille, new headlights and Daytime Running Lights, a redesigned front bumper, a slightly altered rear profile, new alloy wheels, and more.

However, the overall proportions are unlikely to change. For a long time, speculation has swirled about the possibility of an electric Harrier. Now powering the Harrier five-seater and Safari three-row SUVs is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque.

It has a manual transmission with six speeds and an automatic transmission with the same amount of gears as standard. The efficiency of the powertrain will remain unchanged. We also do not expect any substantial changes on the mechanical side of things.
